They will evaluate criteria to identify opportunities for corporate integration, considering factors such as synergies, valuation, risks, and organizational compatibility. The course will study negotiation models, deal structuring, and post-merger change management, while participants develop proposals that maximize the value and sustainability of selected projects.

The course will evaluate how these technologies optimize decision-making, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen financial control. Participants will develop proposals that integrate technological innovation with financial insight to lead business transformation processes.
Candidates for completion of an undergraduate degree will complete an independent project demonstrating their conceptual, analytical, research, and practical skills achieved through the courses in the program. The project is a 3-credit, one-term requirement that is completed at the end of the program. It is a closely supervised experience resulting in a paper that demonstrates your ability to synthesize and utilize the skills and knowledge you have gained throughout the program.
