In this course, students will analyze the strategic role of human talent in achieving organizational objectives. The course will evaluate practices in leadership, motivation, and continuous training, as well as tools to measure performance and design improvement plans. Participants will propose solutions that integrate organizational culture with team well-being and productivity.
