In this course, students will examine the theoretical foundations of leadership and its ethical dimension within educational contexts. Leadership styles, approaches, and models will be analyzed, along with ethical dilemmas related to decision-making, equity, and institutional responsibility. Participants will reflect on the role of the educational leader as a change agent, integrating ethical principles into organizational management and development.
